Definitions
The following terms shall have the following meanings:
- Gift voucher : refers to a document containing the bar’s offer, the amount, the name of the purchaser, the recipient, and the validity period, allowing the holder to enjoy a service at the SixtyFour° bar.
- Reference code : unique identifier associated with the gift voucher, to be provided when making a reservation at the bar.
- Beneficiary (for the attention of): the person who benefits from the gift voucher offer, as indicated on the voucher.
- Customer : the person who purchases a gift voucher, an event offer, or a physical product, for their own use or for a third party (beneficiary).
- Bar : SixtyFour° establishment (ANAMA SLE Sarl) – Registration Number: 20152461632, VAT Number: LU29442109, Trade Register: B201691, Sofitel Luxembourg Europe, Luxembourg.
- Event offer : reservation of a specific offer for events such as Valentine’s Day, National Day, etc.
- Products : items available for purchase on our website and to be collected at the bar (e.g., bottles of olive oil).
Gift voucher
Ordering and validation process
- The order of a gift voucher is made directly online through our website.
- A summary will be sent by email after the order is confirmed, including the gift voucher in PDF format.
- The order will be confirmed after the purchaser’s final acceptance.
Use
- Gift vouchers are valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
- The voucher must be printed to be presented at the time of booking or upon arrival at the bar.
- At the time of booking, the gift voucher reference code must be provided.
- The gift voucher amount must be used in a single transaction. No refund will be given if the consumption is less than the voucher’s value.
Right of withdrawal
- In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.
- A full refund is possible if the gift voucher has not been used prior to the cancellation.
Liability
- Anama SLE Sàrl cannot be held liable in the event of loss, theft, or fraudulent use of a gift voucher.
Physical products
Ordering and validation process
- Physical products purchased on our website must be picked up directly at our establishment (SixtyFour°, Sofitel Luxembourg Europe).
- No shipping or home delivery is provided.
- Products will be available for pickup at the establishment within 48 hours after the order is confirmed.
Right of withdrawal
- The 14-day right of withdrawal applies, provided that the products have not been picked up.
- Products must be returned in their new and unused condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Event offers
Booking and confirmation
- The booking of an event offer is confirmed after payment.
- When booking, please specify your request with the number of people and the arrival time.
Cancellation
- All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the event.
- To cancel or modify your booking, please contact us at the following address boutique@sixtyfour.lu.
Cancellation by the service provider
- In the event of partial or full cancellation of the service (strikes, viruses, disasters, force majeure), the service provider will refund the customer the full amount of the prepaid payment.
- No other compensation can be claimed.
Prices and payment terms
- The prices of gift vouchers, event offers, and physical products are stated in euros and include Luxembourg VAT.
- Payment is made exclusively by credit card through the secure system on our website.
Modification of the general terms and conditions
- These general terms and conditions may be modified at any time.
- The new terms will apply as soon as they are published on the website.
Personal data protection
- The personal information collected during the purchase will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy and Luxembourg data protection legislation.
